Jean-Raymond Boulle Corporations,Titanium Resources Group ("TRG") Tue Sep 29 15:47:00 2009 in Breaking News - General By: NB Notice of Substantial Shareholding     29 September 2009: Titanium Resources Group Ltd (the “Company”) was notified on 28 September 2009 that Leopard Titanium Limited has purchased a total of 950,000 ordinary shares in the Company (“Shares”), as set out below.  As a result Leopard Titanium Limited now owns 26,477,856 Shares representing 11.30% of the Company's total issued share capital.  Leopard Titanium Limited is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands in which Mr. Jean-Raymond Boulle is the sole shareholder and sole director.
